Art. 4.° Facultase así mismo al Poder Ejecutivo para aumentar a doce mil pesos la subvención de que trata el artículo 1.° de esta lei, en el caso de que los empresarios de la navegación por vapor en el rio Atrato, se obliguen a coadyuvar a las esploraciones de este rio i de sus afluentes, en servicio del proyecto de apertura de un canal interoceánico.
