ARTICULO 35. DE LOS PRIMEROS AUXILIOS EN CASO DE ACCIDENTE O ENFERMEDAD REPENTINA. Toda entidad oficial deberá tener en sus instalaciones los medicamentos necesarios para las atenciones de urgencia en caso de accidente de trabajo o ataque súbito de enfermedad, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que al respecto expida la Dirección de Seguridad Social del Ministerio de Trabajo.
