Art. 52. Los responsables del Erario repetirán mensualmente y al fin del bienio económico, la solicitud al respectivo Ordenador par la legalización de los gastos hechos por anticipación, que se hallen pendientes. Sin este requisito no podrá ser fenecida la cuenta general de un responsable.
