Artículo único. Declárase sin valor alguno el Decreto número 2427 de 21 de diciembre pasado, y en consecuencia, que desde el 1.° de enero del año en curso han seguido en vigor los Decretos que en esa fecha fijaban la organización y personal de la Oficina de Encomiendas Postales del Exterior en Bogotá.
