Si el Tribunal Superior encontrare, al estudiar la sentencia de segunda instancia referente a proceso en que hubiere intervenido el jurado, que el veredicto fue contrario a la evidencia de los hechos consignados en el expediente, así lo declarará y ordenará que el inferior convoque a nuevo Jurado.
