Art. 67. En los Tribunales en que la presente Ley crea un Magistrado más, al ingresar éste se hará nuevo repartimiento de todos los negocios judiciales que estén al despacho.

Lo propio se hará en los Circuitos Judiciales en que se aumenta ó disminuye el número de los Jueces.
