Consecuencias del incumplimiento del convenio por parte del oferente. El incumplimiento del convenio por parte del oferente tiene las siguientes consecuencias: 1. Pago del monto de la cláusula penal estipulada en el convenio respectivo. 2. Las demás que señale el Reglamento Operativo del Programa y el Convenio suscrito con el oferente. El Ministerio del Deporte, en los términos establecidos en la ley, adelantará las acciones administrativas o judiciales por el incumplimiento del convenio por parte el oferente y hará efectivas las garantías establecidas en el convenio para amparar el cumplimiento de obligaciones.
