Art. 49. Los Circuitos creados por esta Ley tendrán cada uno un Juzgado con el siguiente personal: un Juez, un Secretario, un Escribiente, un Portero Alguacil, de libre nombramiento y remoción del Juez. Todos los demás en que han sido divididos los Distritos Judiciales tendrán el mismo personal que han determinado las leyes sobre división judicial.
