ARTICULO 20 . Adecuación de la Planta De Personal. - La Junta Directiva de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero procederá a determinar las modificaciones a la planta de personal, que sean necesarias de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente decreto, dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la vigencia del mismo. La planta de personal que se adopte será global y entrará a regir para todos los efectos legales y fiscales a partir de la fecha de publicación del correspondiente decreto.
