Artículo quinto. Las resoluciones de exención de derechos de importación se dictarán por la Dirección General de Aduanas después de que el Departamento de Arancel de la misma haya comprobado que los artículos comprendidos en la solicitud pertenecen realmente a las Posiciones mencionadas.
