Art. 4.° La emision de los Pagarés será de dos millones quinientos mil pesos ($ 2.500,000) al respecto de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000) mensuales, en séries de 5, 10, 50, 100 i 500 pesos con numeracion distinta para cada série. Las fracciones menores de $ 5 de los créditos que hayan de cubrirse con Pagarés i Libranzas, son aprovechamientos a favor del Tesoro.
