El proceso disciplinario del gerontólogo se iniciará:
A. De oficio.
B. Por queja escrita presentada personalmente ante el Tribunal Nacional Deontológico o sus capítulos regionales.
C. Por solicitud escrita dirigida al respectivo Tribunal por cualquier entidad pública o privada o cualquier ciudadano.
