ARTICULO 131. Las personas retiradas forzosamente por incapacidad física o mental, podrán volver a ser designadas como funcionarios o empleados, siempre que acrediten plenamente su completa recuperación o rehabilitación, no hayan llegado a la edad de retiro forzoso y reúnan los requisitos propios del empleo.
