Fomento del bizcocho de achira. El Gobierno nacional, a través del Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo podrá promover, financiar, preservar, divulgar y fomentar el Bizcocho de Achira como producto con Denominación de Origen, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
