º Las pruebas versarán sobre las siguientes materias
a)
Para tercer secretario: Geografía de Colombia, Historia de Colombia, Geografía Universal, Historia Universal, Nociones Generales sobre organismos internacionales, límites de la República, Castellano, Ortografía, Redacción, Francés, Inglés, Alemán u otra lengua viva cualquiera a elección del concursante;
b)
Para segundo secretario: las mismas materias enumeradas en el literal anterior, adicionadas con nociones de Derecho Internacional Público y Privado y Economía Política General.
Parágrafo
El examen del idioma extranjero se hará en forma oral y escrita con anterioridad a la entrevista.
