Si el demandado se opone, el juicio se abre a prueba por un término de quince días, dentro del cual el Juez puede decretar de oficio la práctica de una inspección ocular.

Si no hay oposición, el Juez antes de fallar, puede ordenar la práctica de la misma prueba.
