Art. 2. ° La Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional dictará las providencias necesarias a fin de que los Senadores i Representantes reciban sus viáticos de venida, de modo que puedan encontrarse en esta capital el dia 1.° de febrero; teniendo al efecto en cuenta lo prevenido en el artículo 13 de la lei de 10 de mayo de 1871.
