Modificación del Plan de ejecución de servicios de utilidad pública. El Plan de ejecución de servicios de utilidad pública aprobado podrá ser modificado por solicitud de la beneficiaria cuando esta considere que la ejecución del plan interfiere en sus actividades de cuidado, laborales o educativas. También, cuando el juez encuentre que se presenta alguna de las situaciones descritas como faltas en el artículo 2.2.1.14.3.6 de este decreto o tenga conocimiento de que puede haber dificultades en la ejecución, y considere que se requiere su modificación para garantizar el adecuado cumplimiento de la pena sustitutiva.
