Este registro será secreto y únicamente se utilizara los datos en el contenidos para impedir el uso fraudulento de estupefacientes y su empleo inadecuado por parte de los enfermos, así como también para dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones legales que ordenan la reclusión de los toxicómanos, las inspecciones seccionales remitirán periódicamente a la jefatura los datos que posean para que en esta se lleve el registro general en forma adecuada.
