La sentencia se notificará personalmente a las partes, y si éstas no se presentaren en el término de cinco días a recibir la notificación, se hará por medio de un aviso, firmado por el Presidente y publicado en el periódico oficial del Departamento. Tres días después de hecha la notificación quedará ejecutoriada la sentencia.
