º. Actuaciones administrativas en curso . Mientras no se acredite el pago de la tarifa ad valórem del 25% a que se refiere este Decreto, las Divisiones de Liquidación o la dependencia que haga sus veces de las Administraciones de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, deberán elaborar y formular la cuenta adicional correspondiente si a ello hubiere lugar.

Parágrafo

En ningún caso procederá el beneficio a que se refiere el presente Decreto, para aquellas declaraciones que fueron presentadas en aplicación del Decreto 1751 de 1991, sin haber efectuado pago alguno por dicho concepto.
