Calidades del Curador Urbano . Para ser curador urbano deben acreditarse los siguientes requisitos: Poseer título profesional de arquitecto o ingeniero o postgrado de urbanismo o de planificación regional o urbana. Tener una experiencia laboral mínima de 10 años en el ejercicio de actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo o la planificación urbana. Poseer tarjeta profesional vigente para aquellas profesiones que exijan tenerla para el ejercicio de las mismas.
