A., cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 001 DE 1972 La Asamblea General de Accionistas de "Artesanías de Colombia S: A.", en uso de sus facultades, ACUERDA: Adóptanse los siguientes Estatutos que regirán la administración y funcionamiento de "Artesanías de Colombia S; A.". CAPITULO I Naturaleza, objeto, funciones, domicilio, duración y denominación.
