Revocatoria de la habilitación. La Entidad Departamental o Distrital de Salud podrá revocar la habilitación obtenida, mediante la inscripción en el Registro Especial de Prestadores de Servicios de Salud, cuando se incumpla cualquiera de las condiciones o requisitos previstos para su otorgamiento, respetando el debido proceso.
