Articulo 19. Queda terminantemente prohibida la venta al público de muestras gratis de los medicamentos, alimentos y cosméticos a que se refiere el presente decreto. Los que infrinjan esta disposición serán castigados con el decomiso de las muestras que se encuentren en su poder. En caso de reincidencia, con el decomiso y multa de cien a doscientos pesos ($100 a 200).
