Los remanentes que a continuación se expresan, y que se hallan en poder del Contador - Habilitado de Escuelas Vocacionales, correspondientes al sostenimiento de los restaurantes escolares de las Escuelas Vocacionales Agrícolas que se citan en seguida, serán destinados a cubrir los gastos que prevé el artículo 2° de este Decreto:
