ARTICULO 5 º. El SENA reconocerá y pagará a todos sus empleados públicos de tiempo completo, un subsidio mensual de alimentación en cuantía equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del salario mínimo legal mensual vigente. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario se encuentre en disfrute de vacaciones, en uso de licencia superior a quince (15) días o suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo. Este subsidio no se reconocerá cuando el SENA suministre el servicio de alimentación.
