Articulo 53. DESMATERIALIZACION. Todos los bonos emitidos por la Nación serán desmaterializados. Los emitidos por otras entidades, públicas o privadas, podrán serlo, si así lo determina el emisor. En estos casos será aplicable lo dispuesto en el Decreto 437 de 1992 y normas que lo sustituyan o complementen.
