Art. 12. Todo remate de dinero por documentos de deuda pública, en los términos de la presente ley, se hará ante una Junta compuesta del Ministerio del tesoro, que la presidirá, del Gerente de Banco Nacional, del Tesorero general y del Jefe de la Sección del crédito nacional, que será su Secretario.
