Los inmuebles que el Banco Agrícola Hipotecario reciba en virtud de arreglos amigables para el pago de dudas, o como resultado de una acción judicial, quedará obligado a venderlos dentro de los plazos que señala el numeral tercero del artículo 124 de la Ley 45 de 1923 . Queda en estos términos modificado el artículo 11 e la Ley 68 de 1924 , ordinal 8º .
