Disponibilidad de condones. Los establecimientos que ofrezcan facilidades para la realización de prácticas sexuales, así como las droguerías y farmacias o similares, deberán garantizar a sus usuarios la disponibilidad de condones como una medida de prevención. (Artículo 24 del Decreto 1543 de 1997)
