Artículo único. Previa aprobación de este decreto por el H. Consejo Nacional Legislativo, ábrese al Presupuesto de Gastos nacionales para la vigencia de 1886 á 1887, el siguiente crédito adicional: Capitulo 4° Para pagar al Sr. H. R. Lemly lo que se le debe por el contrato de 23 de Mayo de 1883, sobre compra de 5,000 ejemplares de la obra de Táctica Militar adoptada para el servicio del Ejército de la República, $ 1,625. Dése cuenta al H. Consejo Nacional Legislativo y publíquese.
