Propiedad del Sello. El Sello es de propiedad exclusiva de la Nación bajo la administración del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo. El Ministerio podrá ejercer, directamente o a través de terceros, todas las acciones pertinentes para proteger el Sello de utilizaciones indebidas, abusivas, fraudulentas, engañosas o no autorizadas, con el fin de preservar su imagen y propender por el cumplimiento de los fines propuestos en esta reglamentación.
