Artículo único. Los $ 8,000 que corresponden á Cartagena según la Ley 63 de 1910 y el Decreto número 956 del mismo año, serán invertidos por la Junta de Higiene Departamental de Cartagena, de conformidad con la Ley 17 de 1908 y con el Decreto número 1006 de 1910, en las obras de sanidad é higiene de dicho puerto, cuya necesidad sea más apremiante á juicio del Gobernador de Bolívar.

Parágrafo

Queda así reformado el Decreto número 956 de 1910.
