Art. Único. La provincia de Casanare queda excenta, por diez años, de contribuir con el continjente de hombres para el remplazo de l ejercito permanente en tiemmpo de paz. Paragráfo. En esta disposicion no quedan comprendidos los vagos que, segun las leyes, sean destinados al ejército por las autoridades de dicha providencia.
