Utilidades. Las utilidades se reinvertirán siempre en la compra y adquisición de bienes y servicios que redunden en el mejoramiento del servicio de Telecomunicaciones de Valledupar y en los demás lugares que posteriormente determine la Junta Directiva, teniendo como prioridad las telecomunicaciones en el Departamento del Cesar, previo el cumplimiento de las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley Orgánica de Presupuesto y sus normas reglamentarias.
