Artículo noveno. Los miembros del Consejo Profesional Agronómico desempeñarán sus funciones ad honorem, pero con el fin de atender a los gastos de la Secretaría ejecutiva y otros que demande su funcionamiento, anualmente se apropiará la partida correspondiente en el presupuesto del Ministerio de Agricultura. El Consejo Profesional Agronómico fijará los derechos por expedición de matrículas y la forma de inversión y manejo de esos fondos.
