Para todos los efectos legales, la sociedad tendrá su domicilio principal en la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá, D.C., pero con las formalidades previstas en la ley y en estos estatutos podrá abrir sucursales o agencias en cualquier lugar del país o del exterior. En la fecha de su organización, la sociedad ha decidido iniciar operaciones con tres (3) agencias, en las ciudades de Medellín, Cali y Barranquilla conjuntamente con su oficina principal en Santafé de Bogotá, D.C.
