El presente decreto aplica a todas las entidades empleadoras que hayan sido o sean objeto de asignación de recursos del Situado Fiscal o del Sistema General de Participaciones -Aportes Patronales, a las administradoras y aseguradoras de que trata el artículo 1° del Decreto 073 de 2010, así como a las entidades territoriales.
