Art. 1° El Poder Ejecutivo celebrará contrata para la apertura i conservación de un canal para la navegación por buques de vapor, que comunique el puerto de Sabanilla, i para la limpieza i escavacion del espresado puerto.

Único. Para la celebración de este contrato se darán los avisos del caso por medio de la imprenta.
