Decreto 1740 de 2010 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 81 de la Ley 418 de 1997, modificada y prorrogada por las leyes 548 de 1999, 782 de 2002, 1106 de 2006 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Sesiones del CRER . Como mínimo se realizará una sesión mensual del Comité, previa convocatoria efectuada por el Ministro del Interior y de Justicia o el Director de Derechos Humanos de este Ministerio. Adicionalmente, se efectuarán reuniones extraordinarias del Comité cuando las necesidades de protección lo ameriten.

Parágrafo

Habrá quórum deliberatorio y decisorio en el Comité cuando asistan cuatro de sus integrantes. En caso que no haya quórum deliberatorio, quien preside podrá tomar medidas urgentes de protección, de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 36 de este decreto.
