° Las deliberaciones de la Comisión deberán constar en actas suscritas por el Presidente de la misma y por el Secretario, y a tales actas se agregará la relación taquigráfica del debate respectivo. Copias de las actas, debidamente autenticadas y refrendadas por el Presidente de la Comisión de Estudios Constitucionales, se enviarán al Ministerio de Gobierno inmediatamente después de cada sesión, para los fines que el Gobierno estime convenientes.
