La renta líquida gravable proveniente de la explotación de películas cinematográficas en el país, por parte de personas naturales extranjeras sin residencia en el territorio y de compañías sin domicilio en Colombia, es del sesenta por ciento (60%) del monto de las regalías o arrendamientos percibidos por tal explotación.
