En el D. E. de Bogotá las cuotas que pagaran los patronos y que se determinan en el artículo 6° tendrán las siguientes destinaciones:

Quince centavos ($0.15) o la cuantía que indique el Gobierno por cada viaje, que serán entregados al trabajador directamente los días de pago comunes;

Diez centavos ($0.10) o la cuatía que indique el Gobierno por cada viaje, que serán entregados al Estado mensualmente mediante el sistema de recaudo que establezca en el decreto reglamentario de esta Ley, y en las oficinas que el Gobierno determine. PARAGRAFO. Las disposiciones de que tratan los artículos 6° y 7° de la presente Ley, tendrán carácter transitorio y su vigencia terminara el 31 de diciembre de 1960.
