ARTICULO 1o . El artículo 1.3.1.2.2 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará así: "Aumentos de capital. Los aumentos de capital en los establecimientos de crédito, sociedades de servicios financieros y sociedades de capitalización se harán en dinero, no menos de la mitad al momento de suscribirse las acciones y el saldo dentro del año siguiente".
