Artículo primero. Auxiliarse al Municipio de La Unión, en el Departamento de Antioquia con la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00) moneda corriente, los cuales estarán destinados exclusivamente a atender las obras de reconstrucción o reparación que según el caso se requieran en su Corregimiento de Mesopotamia con motivo de los sismos a que se ha hecho alusión anteriormente, y de acuerdo con informe de fecha 28 de septiembre próximo pasado rendido al Ministerio de Gobierno.
