Los Magistrados de la Corte Electoral son responsables de sus actuaciones ante la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia o de la entidad que haga sus veces y se les aplicará el mismo régimen de impedimentos y recusaciones que rige para los Magistrados de dicha Corte.
