º. Saneamiento a contadores, revisores fiscales, y administradores. Para efectos de los saneamientos previstos en el capítulo XIII de la Ley 223 de 1995, no se harán investigaciones, ni se aplicarán sanciones por ningún motivo, a los contadores, revisores fiscales y administradores por hechos que sean objeto de tales saneamientos, sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales a que hubiere lugar.
