Toda erogación con cargo al rubro "Gastos Especiales", que exceda la suma de mil pesos ($ 1.000) moneda corriente, deberá ser autorizada mediante decreto motivado. Cuando esta erogación sobrepase la suma -de diez mil pesos ($ .10.000) moneda corriente, deberá tener el visto bueno del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías.
