º De los requisitos. Para el reconocimiento de personería jurídica se deberá acreditar el cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos

Solicitud escrita de reconocimiento de personería jurídica suscrita por el representante legal de la Asociación.

Acta de la asamblea general de constitución.

Relación de afiliados, indicando si se trata de persona natural o jurídica; en este último caso anexar certificado de existencia y representación legal expedida por autoridad competente, como también la autorización del órgano directivo para ingresar a la misma.
